If you have dry under the eyes, you can dip your brush or makeup sponge with a little bit of eye cream or moisturizer before blending in the concealer. This will help to hydrate your under-eyes and give them a dewy finish.

PRO TIP: When applied so close to the lash line, concealer can cause your eyes to look smaller. Focus on your dark circles instead of the lash line to avoid this.
Can You Mix Concealer With Eye Cream?
