When it comes to foundations, Maybelline is one of my favorite drugstore brands. I’ve been a huge fan of their Fit Me foundation and recently I got the chance to try their Super Stay Full Coverage Foundation. This foundation comes in 16 shades and it is supposed to give a matte finish and an extreme full coverage.

I got the shades 112 natural ivory and 120 classic ivory which are both warm toned. I ended up choosing 112 natural ivory between the two for my skintone (I am NC15) although it was a little bit dark for me.
It has ‘cyclopentasiloxane’ as a first ingredient which is a silicone that makes it slip and glide very smoothly into the skin. It blends easily and it gives a full coverage that can be also sheered out to medium.
Formula and Longevity
What I noticed is that this foundation has a tendency to set very quickly so I always like to blend it very quickly into the skin. It doesn’t looks heavy or cakey but it may cling to dry patches if you have any. It gives the skin a semi matte finish and it helps blurring the look of the pores.
As for its longevity, it definitely stays put on the skin without creasing which is great. It doesn’t keep the face matte for so long so if you have extremely oily skin like I do, expect some shine after around 3 to 4 hours of wear.

Overall, I think that if you are looking for a full coverage foundation that doesn’t feel heavy on the skin, this one might be a nice option. It will definitely look so good on normal to oily skin. The price is right and it comes with a pump too which is great! I definitely need to pick up my right shade!
