Maybelline Fit Me Blush in Wine Review

Hello Beauties! Welcome back! Today’s post is about the new Maybelline Fit me Blush. Maybelline reformulated their Fit me line of blushes where they completely changed the packaging and they tossed the brush that was included. The new blushes are square shaped and they come in ten different shades. Today I will be reviewing the shade ‘wine’.

Wine is a reddish pink. It is fairly pigmented and it gives the cheeks a nice rosy flush. The formula is soft and not powdery or chalky and the blush gives a nice satin finish that looks very natural.

There is a big difference between the formula of this blush and the old one. A huge improvement has been done in terms of pigmentation at first. The old blushes were much less pigmented and they barely showed on the skin. This new one has a nice color payoff that can be buildable too.

As for its longevity, it wore on me for about 4 hours before it started to fade. Usually blushes do not last on my oily skin for so long so 4 hours is quite impressive!

So overall, I think that the Maybelline Fit me Blush in Wine could be a great everyday shade for light skin tones.  It has good pigmentation and a nice formula that does not emphasize skin texture or fine lines. For the price, I think that this is a great option at the drugstore!

  1. I’m glad they reformulated, I didn’t hear the best things about the first launch! Wine is such a pretty color x
